Well today, we tried something we've never used before...the telecoil option on Gage's ci. I just switched the thing to telecoil and made a random telephone call and he had no idea who he was calling. Look what a difference, no help from me!!!

I'm a writer working on an article about newborn hearing screenings. I'm hoping to speak with a parent whose child was found to have hearing problems while he/she was still in the hospital.
