Play at the Park

This morning I decided while a movie was entertaining my kids (which is rare) I would try an online (free) course from the HOPE seminars...

We play outside all day anyway and find loads of language opportunities but for some reason after listening to that, I got motivated to go to a different park and explore. Here are lots of pictures, lots of language opportunities, I assure you there was plenty of vocalization and we all had fun. You see the kids trying to peek into an old school from 1908, you see how high up we were and learned words like bluff and cliff. Luckily we are all scared of heights so none of us got too close to the edge!
