Pool or Water park?
After careful consideration, we decided for what we could pay for season passes to a nearby (30 miles away) water park, we could just upgrade our inflatable this year. I almost bought those passes but flashbacks of last year kept coming into mind. Brook and Gage being in silence with lots and lots of people and only me to watch them, ugh! One time last year, I had to actually leave Gage in the water to chase Brook who was running thru a mass of people to go potty. Nightmare, so we opted for the inflatable.

I'm with you. My tension rises at just the thought of my kids, not hearing anything, at a crowded water park. Maybe when they are older- maybe. I love the pool though. Looks like fun! It might stop raining here someday, and we can buy our pool for the yard-LOL.
Wish that I could have come and visited the other night, Jonathan told me that Gage's voice was lower....too funny! Your little ones are getting so big, We are counting on y'all coming to ATL soon-
hi as a mother I would go for water park as to conserve water... There will always be something up. Have to remind our kids to keep their eyes open. Yes I have two Deaf daughter and I am Deaf as well. Smile... but it is your call not mine... I just live in an apt with a small swimming pool big whoopee doo plan to take the girls to a water park this coming summer...
I am so 10000% with you. we belonged to Lifetime fitness w/ the idea that we'd go swimming all the time there. w/ no ears, and lots of sensory stimulus..no thanks! We have bounce houses around here too- gigantic indoor blow up inflatables- those aren't great either... so while we didn't buy the pool- we do have an inflatable. you can see it here... 2 year old blog entry;)
