I'm Never ever ever ever comin' back!
We sat on the porch today listening to the heavy rain (enjoying every minute, since it's been so long since we've seen this) Gage even got chilly and got himself a little blanket...you would have never guessed that he was about to run away from home.
But he did! It only lasted about twelve seconds, I caught it w/my camera (of course!) but Mr. Bad Mood Blakely, got a little upset when he had the brilliant idea to take his bike and ride in mud puddles and he lost control of his bike. Good thing their processors are water resistent huh?

Hahaha! Yes, it is a good thing our processors are water resistant!
My oldest "ran away from home" when he was your son's age. I even helped him pack his lunch and wagon. He didn't get very far and decided to come back!
I see my future in this video- we already call Matthew our "drama king."
And thank goodness for water resistance!
I've always wondered how the CI stay on gage's ear? Because he have malformed and small ear? If you don't mine me asking :-)
If you look at this post:

Back in Jan of 08...you'll see I actually use double sided tape for both kids. Brook likes using it also since the ci's stay on, no prob.
Don't you just love the sound of rain? I remember when Jared and Allison heard for the 1st time, they ran to the window to see what it was.( I don't know if I told you that our son Jared wears hearing aids?, so we are sort of in the same boat as you.)
Jared and Allison have not "ran away" from home yet, but I am waiting for that day. I don't think I will have the insight to get the camera. What a great memory.
I love how he runs back. That is TOO FUNNY!
i hope you clicked a few still shots for your emotions cards LOL!!
so does he wear BTE sometimes and BWP sometimes?
all you mamas just wait! your time is coming.
Amy, he wears just the BTE now. He hasn't put his bodyworn on since April.
That is gorgeous! Definitely a video to bring out for his 21st birthday!!
That is hilarious! I love the pic with mud all over his face too!
Ryan has threatened to run away a few times ... the most recent he packed a roll of toilet paper, scissors, and some canned good! haha Then he came in, gave me a kiss on the cheek, and asked for $10!!! All I could do was laugh! Oh these boys!
